Botox® and Dysport®

Accent on Skin offers both of these approved botulinum treatments.

Botox® and Dysport® are derived from natural purified protein that when administered, relaxes wrinkle causing muscles creating a smoothed, rejuvenated and more youthful appearance.

A simple nonsurgical procedure that smooths the deep, persistent facial lines that develop over time, typically around the crow’s feet, frown and forehead. One ten minute treatment a few tiny injections relaxes the muscles that cause those lines to form and keeps them relaxed for up to 4 months. As the dose of Botox® or Dysport® used to relax these muscles is very small, the risk of any side effects is minimal and very temporary. You may notice redness and a localised sting at the injection site. All of the risks and possible side effects will be explained at your initial consultation.

Generally you will begin to see results within a few days with full results taking about 10-14 days.

You may like to combine your treatment with dermal fillers. Dermal fillers are a great way of adding volume under the skin to areas that have lost texture and tone and quality. It is possible to achieve a natural and hydrated, dewy look with our great range of dermal fillers.

Botox® or Dysport® is also a very effective treatment for the relief of axillary hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating of the armpits). Great results are achieved and can last for several months. This simple procedure is available here at Accent on Skin.

A Botox® or Dysport® treatment in expert hands takes very little time, and can easily be fitted in around your busy day.
